3 years after the events of Dead Space, Engineer Isaac Clarke awakens on an orbiting space station with no memory of the past three years of his life. But when another Necromorph outbreak occurs, Isaac must find out who to trust in order to stop it while finding out how to remove a code from within his brain that is slowly killing him.
