Jennifer 's wish comes true, when David, the boy of dreams shows up to her birthday party. As soon as David begins to show interest in Jennifer, her family receives the bad news that her Grandmother has passed away. When the party ends abruptly; her two best friends decide to take matters into their own hands, and invite David to accompany Jennifer to her Grandmother's funeral.
