Known cannibal, Richie Razul is at large after escaping from the Silverwater Correctional Complex. Razul was sentenced to life after he was found guilty of brutally murdering and eating 48 people. Residents are advised to stay in their homes and police have asked for any reports of any suspicious persons travelling by foot.
