Nobody much thinks of mountains when they think of Oklahoma. I never did, until I discovered the Talimena Winding Stair National Scenic Byway! This ride takes us from the beginning of the byway outside of Talihina, OK, across the ridgetops to Mena Arkansas. The views are incredible; who would ever believe this is the midwest?
