The Book of Mormon is a satirical musical with book, music and lyrics by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone. Its central plot revolves around Elder Price and Elder Cunningham, two young missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who are sent to a remote village in Uganda to educate the natives in the Mormon faith. However, they will soon discover that the local population has other, more pressing concerns to attend to.
